Life, in all its uniqueness, exists everywhere—whether in Africa, the tundra, a borrowed apartment, or amidst financial struggles. Regardless of age, status, or health, if we fail to nurture self-love, we diminish our sense of self-worth, our potential, and the life we have been given—a precious gift that will never come again.
