   For plant enthusiasts, the Orchidario is a must-see, featuring over 5,000 plant species, including 1,300 varieties of orchids. The site offers informative placards in both Spanish and English, detailing the plants' natural histories. The striking architecture and serene outdoor areas make it a perfect spot to enjoy nature.

4. Indulge in Local Delights at Bar Manolo el del Capote

   For an authentic taste of local cuisine, Bar Manolo el del Capote offers delicious, budget-friendly options. I enjoyed a manchego cheese sandwich for just two euros, along with various tapas. The atmosphere is lively, and the food is as delightful as it is affordable.

5. Stroll Along the Senda Litoral

   The Senda Litoral, a coastal path, invites leisurely walks or bike rides along Estepona's scenic seafront. This well-maintained trail offers access to beautiful beaches and breathtaking views, allowing visitors to soak in the sun and the sea breeze.

   A hike in the nearby mountains rewards you with stunning views of Gibraltar and the Moroccan city of Ceuta. The unique geographical positioning allows for a rare glimpse into two countries from one vantage point, making it a fascinating excursion.
