Imagine spending 30 years without realizing the importance of a tool that could enhance your happiness and well-being. For me, that tool was a pair of headphones—a necessity I never acknowledged until it became clear.

The moment of clarity hit when I understood that the cacophony of life was not provoking my anger; rather, it was overwhelming my senses. For three decades, I misinterpreted my emotions, believing they were merely symptoms of typical afternoon tiredness.

Self-improvement is an exhilarating journey, filled with unexpected ups and downs, demanding a great deal of self-awareness. So, perhaps it’s time to examine the aspects of our lives that feel perpetually stressful.
