Unveiling UAP Crash Retrievals: Insights from Experts
Written on
In the realm of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), Mr. Elizondo stands out among a select group of former officials and scientists who hold security clearances. They assert that unknown objects have indeed crashed on Earth, and materials have been collected for further analysis.
A rising chorus of scientists, academics, contractors, and ex-Department of Defense officials have recently begun to share intriguing insights regarding UAP during interviews. As part of new legislation included in the National Defense Authorization Act, the United States Government (USG) is actively collecting information related to UAP from various governmental sources.
After decades of silence, the USG has initiated a dialogue with the public concerning UAP. Many citizens feel excluded from meaningful discussions with the government, particularly about transparency regarding UAP, and believe that their calls for clarity undermine democratic processes concerning national interests that affect everyone.
The excessive classification of vital information not only threatens national security by obstructing collaboration within the scientific community but also restricts public involvement in UAP-related policies. This, in turn, "erodes the basic trust that our citizens have in their government."
In the preceding article, UAP Crash Retrievals Part 1, we examined insights from Dr. Eric W. Davis shared during an episode of Open Minds, which detailed contractors involved in the study and reverse engineering of UAP materials.
Notably, experts such as Dr. Puthoff, Dr. Davis, Lue Elizondo, and Christopher Mellon have presented extensive findings on UAP intelligence to government officials and lawmakers. Some of these individuals likely participated in classified briefings conducted by Dr. Davis regarding "off-world vehicles" presented to congressional intelligence committees.
Dr. Harald E. Puthoff, Ph.D.
Dr. Harold E. Puthoff, Ph.D. in electrical engineering, is a distinguished theoretical and experimental physicist with a focus on lasers (Stanford University). He is the founder, president, and CEO of EarthTech International, Inc. and serves as the director of the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin.
His current research spans theoretical explorations of electrodynamics, gravitation, and quantum vacuum, alongside experimental studies on innovative energy generation and space propulsion. Dr. Puthoff maintains an active security clearance with the USG.
During a presentation on January 5, 2022, hosted by the Scientific Coalition for Ufology (SCU), Dr. Puthoff delivered a slide presentation titled “UAP Studies, Managing the Transition Intelligence Problem / Scientific Problem.” He has been recognized as a scientific advisor to presidents and has worked on UAP-related projects for the USG over several decades.
Dr. Puthoff indicated that his company, Earth Tech, has participated in numerous classified briefings to congressional subcommittees, including the Senate Armed Services Committee and the Senate Select Committee for Intelligence on UAP matters.
These briefings featured presentations from Dr. Eric W. Davis, Ph.D., former Assistant Deputy Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, Christopher Mellon, and Luis Elizondo, the former director of the Department of Defense's Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP).
> “Mr. Elizondo is among a small group of former government officials and scientists with security clearances who, without presenting physical proof, say they are convinced that objects of undetermined origin have crashed on earth with materials retrieved for study.” — New York Times
The New York Times revealed the details of the briefings, where Davis informed congressional committees about "off-world vehicles." If any of these experts were to validate the findings from the New York Times article, “No Longer in Shadows, Pentagon’s U.F.O. Unit Will Make Some Findings Public,” it would confirm their presence at the briefings and indicate that Congress was made aware of "off-world vehicles," yet has not shared this information with the public.
In his presentation, Dr. Puthoff covered several topics, including: - Naval pilot encounters with UAP - The recognition of the phenomenon in mainstream media - Projected medical injuries in Colares from an alleged UAP encounter in Brazil (as mentioned by Dr. Eric W. Davis in Part 1 of this series)
Dr. Puthoff also discussed the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the Defense Intelligence Reference Documents (DIRD), a program he oversaw which produced 38 white papers aimed at evaluating our capability to replicate exotic technologies by 2050. He elaborated on the purpose behind the project and shared examples of its contents in the following clip.
Dr. Puthoff explained that these white papers were designed to complement an existing UAP program, although the authors were not informed of its goals. The extraordinary topics covered in these reports are astonishing and raise concerns about biological hazards linked to UAP.
New Physics
On February 2, 2022, Dr. Hal Puthoff appeared on American Alchemy, hosted by Jesse Michels and Eric Weinstein, the managing director of Thiel Capital and creator of the geometric unity theory.
During their discussion, Weinstein, a noted physicist and mathematician, probed Puthoff about the existence of advanced physics knowledge that remains undisclosed within academia, stating: > “Another puzzle we’d love to have cleared up is an understanding of the role of Aerospace companies as holders of potentially basic scientific knowledge not shared with the academic world. Is it possible, that seems very wrong to me?”
Puthoff replied: > “It may be wrong, but it’s true.”
Weinstein followed up: > “You believe it’s true?”
Puthoff affirmed: > “I know it’s true.”
Weinstein pressed further: > “You know that there’s physics knowledge held by Aerospace companies?”
Puthoff confirmed: > “There certainly is materials knowledge, which involves topological physics.”
Puthoff elaborated, explaining that aerospace companies possess knowledge related to UAP that is intentionally withheld from the public due to proprietary restrictions under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). This suggests that there may be meta-materials, exotic materials, or even UAP vehicles concealed by these corporations.
While it remains uncertain, Lue Elizondo has indicated in other interviews that these exotic materials could lead to technological advancements. Such materials may also give some contractors an unfair advantage in government bidding processes against those lacking access to these unique resources.
> “Eric W. Davis, an astrophysicist who worked as a subcontractor and then a consultant for the Pentagon U.F.O. program since 2007, said that, in some cases, examination of the materials had so far failed to determine their source and led him to conclude, 'We couldn’t make it ourselves.' - New York Times
The inability of USG contractors engaged in UAP projects to share findings with academic institutions highlights the compartmentalization and secrecy surrounding information exchange between scientific fields, which, according to Davis, hinders progress in understanding exotic materials.
New Frontiers
Dr. Harold Puthoff has been instrumental in providing UAP-related intelligence to the US Government for decades. The involvement of numerous active security-cleared individuals, including current USG contractors and former Department of Defense officials, in briefings about UAP crash retrievals is remarkable.
The New York Times has reported that Dr. Davis briefed congressional committees and a Department of Defense agency about "retrievals from off-world vehicles not made on this earth." If accurate, Dr. Davis must have seen and studied such vehicles to make this assertion, and he continues to hold his security clearance.
At the time of his presentation to the unidentified Department of Defense agency, Davis was employed by the Aerospace Corporation, and while briefing congressional committees, he was with Earth Tech under Dr. Hal Puthoff.
Christopher Mellon confirmed in a CNN interview that he was present during Dr. Davis's classified briefing concerning off-world vehicles provided to congressional subcommittees. The New York Times subsequently disclosed the details of those briefings.
While journalism plays a crucial role in investigating and reporting significant events, one can only speculate about the extent of its participation given the overwhelming evidence available.
